Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day execution of multifamily construction projects in Indianapolis. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The Superintendent will serve as a key field leader responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of multifamily construction projects. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, oversee safety and quality, manage site logistics, and work closely with project management to keep projects progressing according to plan.
