Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of trade contractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Develop and communicate work plans and manage project schedules
• Ensure safety compliance and lead safety initiatives
• Manage project documentation, reports, and meetings
• Oversee logistics, quality plans, and team training
• Support financial forecasting and project buyout processes
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment

Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 7-12 years of project leadership experience on large commercial/industrial projects
• OSHA 30-hour, STS-C Certification, First Aid/CPR/AED

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software
• Deep understanding of construction processes, safety, and project management
