Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

What You Will Do

• Multi-Family New Construction Projects
• Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Work side by side with Project Management team
• Work with upper leadership to ensure project success
• Work with clients so projects meet their needs
  
  

What You Need

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Lead on 1+ Multi-family projects start to finish
• High School Diploma
