Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Great opportunity with a nationally recognized developer-builder that's expanding its footprint in the Carolinas - they are seeking a Lead Superintendent in Charlotte to oversee ground-up multifamily projects ranging from $30M-$60M. With a satellite office already established and a full regional HQ underway in Charlotte, they are actively hiring key field leadership to support 3 ground-up multifamily projects breaking ground this summer. Description

The Lead Superintendent - Charlotte, NC - Multifamily will be responsible for:

• Overseeing full-site construction on major multifamily projects in the $30M-$60M range
• Directly supervising Assistant Supers, Super 2s, and PM/APM staff
• Leading site logistics, quality control, and schedule execution using Procore
• Reporting to the General Superintendent and collaborating closely with PX and Dir. of Construction
• Managing field coordination with subcontractors and vendors
• Upholding safety standards and enforcing company policies
• Delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - Charlotte, NC - Multifamily will have:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily wood-frame or podium projects
• Local knowledge of the Charlotte subcontractor market highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Procore, RFIs, scheduling, and field documentation
• Ability to lead 3-4 direct reports and oversee full-cycle delivery
