Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Lead Substation Structural Engineer to lead the structural design for high-voltage substation projects supporting critical infrastructure. You will oversee analysis and design of steel structures, foundations, and equipment supports, ensuring compliance with codes and owner standards.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review calculations, and mentor junior engineers while engaging with customers to support technical discussions and design decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing high-voltage substation steel structures and foundations.
• Ability to review and verify engineering calculations and drawings.
• Familiarity with applicable codes and utility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of steel structures, foundations, and equipment supports for substations.
• Review and verify drawings, calculations, and structural design outputs.
