Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Lead Substation Structural Engineer in San Francisco to lead the structural design for high-voltage substations supporting mission-critical infrastructure. You will guide analysis and design of steel structures, foundations, and equipment supports, ensuring safety and constructibility.

You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate with electrical and civil teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions for utility clients, using advanced tools for design execution

Qualifications

• Experience leading structural engineering for substations.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, foundations, and equipment supports.
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant codes while collaborating across disciplines.
