An immediate opening exists for a Project Manager in San Diego, CA. You will oversee conceptual to detailed design, procurement, construction support, and commissioning, coordinating multiple engineering disciplines and staff to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of project engineering experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and planning.
• PE license and PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple technical disciplines on substation projects.
• Willingness and ability to meet fast-paced project schedules and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual, preliminary, and final detailed design of substations and related work.
• Procurement, construction and commissioning/startup support through energization.
• Scope, budget, schedule, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of projects.
• Lead project teams of engineers, designers and support staff.
• Interface with clients and discipline groups to ensure successful delivery.
