Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relations with construction and field teams.
• Lead site mobilization and demobilization for projects.
• Interpret project schedules and manage daily construction activities to hit milestones.
• Review IFC drawings and provide guidance to foremen and crews.
• Mentor foremen to improve productivity, safety and quality.
• Manage on-site RFIs and support change order processes.
• Maintain accurate site as‑built drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement, consumables, and logistics on site.
• Oversee labour, equipment, and subcontractors with performance management.
• Review Foremen daily reports and address concerns proactively.
• Deliver weekly construction updates to management with resource and risk details.
