Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Norfolk, VA seeks a Lead Subcontracts (Supply Chain Program Manager) to own the material cost, schedule, and risk from proposal to closeout. As CAM, you will manage EAC, forecasts, and supplier performance, coordinating Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Program Office to deliver a single material strategy.

Requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s (or master) with years of experience, ERP system expertise (SAP/Oracle/Costpoint), and EVMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years in supply chain, program management, or finance; or Master’s with 7+ years.
• Experience as a CAM with proposals, material forecast, AOP, EVMS baseline management, variance analysis, and EAC development.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and ITAR applied to subcontract and material management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CAM for material scope with time-phased budgets, EAC, and variance analysis.
• Develop and defend the material forecast and AOP; present to leadership.
• Lead supplier recovery plans and manage risk across the supply chain.
• Create the Supply Chain Management Plan and integrate it into the master program plan.
• Coordinate with Procurement on sourcing strategy and PO execution.
• Manage supplier performance, root cause corrective actions, and escalation.
