Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Subcontracts Manager for the Melbourne, FL area to oversee the full lifecycle of subcontracts from strategy through execution. You will work with U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, and international segments, and lead a team of Subcontracts professionals.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in contract types, BOE development, and program management, with DoD contracting exposure preferred. Travel may be required and security clearances may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant subcontracting/contracting experience.
• DoD or government contracting exposure preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of subcontracts from strategy to execution.
• Lead a team of Subcontracts Administrators and Managers.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR and government requirements.
