Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Subcontracts Manager to lead complex materials, equipment and services subcontract activities within defense and aerospace programs. You will manage the full lifecycle from strategy and solicitation through award, administration and closeout.

You will perform cost and price analysis, negotiate terms, and mitigate risk, while ensuring FAR/DFARS flow-downs are applied consistently. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 7 years; or 13 years without a degree.
• Experience with defense or aerospace subcontracting
• Travel up to 25% may be required
