Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Lead to manage complex defense and aerospace programs, shaping strategies, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of subcontracts experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years without a degree.
• Experience with complex defense or aerospace subcontracting.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for program management.
