• Lead with HEART values on the sales floor.
• Support recruiting to build a great fashion team.
• Maintain strong presence on the floor and in styling sessions.
• Lead by example and follow store standards.
• Assist daily operations when Store/Assistant Manager are absent.
• Drive sales as the lead generator in-store.
• Manage Division of Responsibility by volume group.
