You will lead with our HEART values and support daily store operations and coaching in a fast-growing retail environment. You will drive sales, stay fashion-forward, and help recruit and develop a team that embodies our brand.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Support recruiting to build a great team within the HEART culture.
• Maintain strong store presence on the floor and lead by example.
• When managers are away, support coaching, daily operations, and inventory management.
• Drive sales and lead the division of responsibility by volume group.
