Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values.
• Supports recruiting to build a team that works within HEART culture.
• Passionate about fashion and trend; maintain strong floor presence.
• Leads by example, following standards set by the Store Manager.
• When Managers aren’t present, support coaching and leading of the styling floor and team.
• Support daily operations: inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Drive for results as a lead sales generator in stores.
• Lead Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
