Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all aspects of university refund processes.
  • Manage weekly paper checks and daily EFT/refund processing.
  • Oversee the TILS program including billing and interfund transfers.
  • Serve as primary liaison for students and staff on tuition/billing.
  • Verify data flow from cashiering system to KSIS.
  • Process miscellaneous financial transactions not auto-integrated.
  • Train and supervise staff in payment plans.
  • Resolve complex student financial issues.
