Qualifications

• Experience underwriting and structuring complex credit facilities.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Fundamental credit analysis of loan and bond obligors.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, structure, and execute loans to asset managers across private, liquid, and structured credit.
• Perform fundamental credit analysis and due diligence on borrowers.
• Evaluate collateral quality across healthcare, tech, services, industrials, gaming, and asset management.
• Screen deal pipeline and prepare initial credit memos for review.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex portfolio cash flow models in Excel.
• Prepare detailed credit memoranda and presentation materials for committees.
• Implement and maintain internal analytical and portfolio monitoring processes.
• Conduct industry and market research to inform underwriting standards.
