Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Structures Supervisor to oversee inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction activities for base structures at Al Udeid. You will lead skilled trades, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with AFIs and UFCs, and coordinate with engineering and operations to sustain mission-ready facilities.

The role requires 5–7 years in structural work and at least 2 years in supervision, plus the ability to interpret blueprints and work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
• 5–7 years in structural maintenance, construction, or facilities management.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of structures maintenance and repair teams.
• Plan, assign, and inspect work involving buildings, roofs, doors, windows, hangars, shelters, concrete, and other structural components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality control standards.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of facilities to identify structural deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project management teams on repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, materials, and labor hours.
• Train and mentor personnel on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials to ensure availability and serviceability.
• Support emergency response and urgent repair operations as required to sustain base operations.
• Enforce adherence to Air Force Instructions (AFIs), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and contract requirements.
