Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of aerospace or related experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software, especially CATIA V5, SmarTeam, or Enovia PDM.
• Knowledge of composite component design, manufacturing, repair, and assembly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within the design team and set project objectives.
• Create airframe structural layouts and CAD models using CATIA V5 and related tools.
• Lead project execution, coordinating budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, stress, procurement and quality to mature designs.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to deliver high‑quality results.
