Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Foreman to lead our Structured Cabling Department within the Technology Division. This full-time role collaborates with manufacturing and production teams to ensure timely, accurate project completion.

The candidate will manage technicians and apprentices across projects of varying complexity, coordinating resources, materials, and schedules while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in structured cabling industry.
• Experience running crews.
• Hold safety in high regard.
• Expect high level quality craftsmanship.
• Willing to help educate team members.
• Experience delivering large complex projects.
• Bluebeam exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan scope and mobilization for projects.
• Coordinate activities and sequencing with teams.
• Interpret project specs and drawings.
• Plan resources, prepare material requisitions, and manage supply chain.
• Produce 6-week look-ahead and support labor projections.
• Interact with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and lead technicians and apprentices.
• Utilize construction technology on-site.
• Maintain quality control and attention to detail.
• Execute site commissioning and turnup.
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and provide strong service.
• Foster a positive team environment and dependable attendance.
• Support overtime as production needs require.
