Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in structured cabling installation for OSP/ISP scopes.
• At least 1 year in foreperson or supervisory role.
• Active OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to pursue.
• Knowledge of Division 27, BICSI, ANSI/TIA standards.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and motivate teams.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction docs, drawings, and schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic computing skills for project apps.
• Valid CDL or state license if required.
• Travel may be required; night/weekend work possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise trade employees to complete connectivity work.
• Develop work plans and coordinate schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate with project team on sequencing and material delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Review documents, monitor progress, and address issues.
• Document inspections and NCRs and implement corrections.
• Maintain daily time sheets, DCRs, and safety paperwork.
• Engage EH&S and QA teams for site safety and quality.
