Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering or related technical discipline with progressive experience.
• Strong knowledge of statics, stress calculations, and test fixture design is desirable.
• Experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Plan and manage structural test activities for airframes and components.
• Review designs, plans and analyses for quality and requirements.
• Provide direction to design and technical staff and develop talent.
• Ensure safety, compliance with laws/regulations, and DoD security clearance readiness.
