Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee structural steel projects from preconstruction through installation in Irving, TX. Projects range from $500k to $2M and require expertise in erection, drawing interpretation, and coordination of fabrication and field operations.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, reviewing documents, managing RFIs/RFPs, tracking shop drawings, and coordinating fabrication and erection activities to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Experience managing structural steel erection projects.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, fabrication, shop, and erection drawings.
• Experience managing RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and drawing revisions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, fabrication, erection, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate structural steel fabrication, delivery, and field erection activities.
• Develop and update project schedules using Procore or MS Project.
• Track project costs, schedules, and progress to deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Coordinate with fabrication shop personnel, field superintendents, erectors, subcontractors, and customers.
