Job summary

Trinity Search Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for structural and ornamental steel projects in the North Texas area, based on-site in Ponder, TX.

You will oversee structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and ornamental metal packages, from award through closeout, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, coordinating with general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience within structural steel, miscellaneous metals, ornamental metals, or commercial steel fabrication.
• Experience managing commercial steel projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial steel projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Oversee project schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress to ensure successful execution.
• Work closely with fabrication and field teams to maintain quality and production schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
