You will lead weekly site safety meetings, develop look-ahead schedules, and participate in safety, quality, scheduling, and production meetings on-site. Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment essential for the role.
• Experience operating transit, laser level and torpedo levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for delegation and coordination.
• Solid understanding of commercial construction and steel erection.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications and blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of materials.
• Coordinate with other trades and schedule material deliveries to the site.
• Address non-conformances and issue corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and submit RFIs; complete as-built drawings.
