Qualifications

• Read specifications and blueprints to determine materials required.
• Verify alignment of structural-steel members using lasers and plumb bobs.
• Supervise bolts, rivets, welding as per drawings and supervisors' instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide site leadership, scheduling, and manpower planning.
• Coordinate, supervise crews and equipment for steel erection.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Attend on-site project meetings and report to management.
• Perform QC inspections per policy.
