Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Structural Steel Ironworker Foreman to provide site leadership, manage manpower and equipment, and ensure safety on projects. This role will guide crews to meet project budgets and schedules while maintaining high quality work.

You will read blueprints, coordinate activities, enforce safety policies, and participate in weekly look-ahead planning and on-site meetings to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• English proficiency in oral and written form.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Hold a documented site safety meeting on a weekly basis.
• Complete a 3-week look-a-head schedule on a weekly basis.
• Attend all on-site project meetings (safety, quality, scheduling, production, etc.).
• Issue corrective action notices as required to enforce company and/or project guidelines/policies.
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
