Job summary

Datrose seeks a Structural Project Manager in Blue Bell, PA to lead multi-phase structural projects for parking and commercial facilities. You will oversee design through construction administration, coordinate with subconsultants, and manage scope, schedules, and client communications.

The role requires PE licensure, 3+ years of experience in structural project management, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS. Knowledge of STAAD/SAP2000 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing all phases of structural design and restoration projects from setup through design and construction
• PM experience with commercial structures in the prime role with subconsultant management responsibility or multi-level parking structures
• Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS; proficiency with STAAD and SAP2000 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from setup through design and construction administration
• Prepare proposals and project interview presentations
• Perform conditional assessment and restoration management on existing parking or commercial structures
• Negotiate and manage contracts
• Provide design and restoration consultation
• Coordinate project scope and schedule of deliverables
• Monitor project profitability and financial information with accounting and AR tracking
