• PM experience in structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals industries.
• Ability to manage projects across detailing, fabrication, erection and pre-planning.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural and/or miscellaneous steel projects.
• Coordinate detailing, engineering and shop drawing activities.
• Monitor fabrication schedules and material requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries, erection activities and field requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and change orders.
• Forecast costs and monitor financial performance.
• Maintain communication with General Contractors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fabrication and field operations.
• Identify issues during detailing/fabrication before field impact.
• Support project closeout and contract delivery.
