The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, PE licensure, 4+ years of experience, and strong leadership. You will design steel connections and structures, review analyses, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience managing structural engineering projects.
• Strong background in structural steel and connection design.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects from initial design through project closeout.
• Design structural steel connections, building structures, foundations, stairs, and rails.
• Perform structural analysis and calculations in accordance with IBC, ASCE, and AISC standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, fabricators, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
