Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our Urbandale, Iowa team. You will lead design efforts, collaborate with staff, and deliver innovative structural solutions for buildings and other structures.

You will work with engineers, consultants, and clients to provide engineering analysis, design, and implementation oversight to meet IMEG's high standards. The role advances your career while contributing to high-profile projects across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• BS in civil/structural/architectural engineering required.
• MS in structural engineering preferred.
• PE/SE licenses preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of structural systems per code and IMEG standards.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, engineers and consultants.
• Oversee design decisions, documentation and project budget.
• Provide in-process design reviews and QAQC.
• Contribute to research and innovation in structural engineering.
• Support project execution, budgeting, and scheduling.
