Actalent is seeking a Structural Engineer to independently execute projects, manage small teams, and serve as the primary client contact across commercial, institutional, healthcare, entertainment, museums, tilt-up industrial, and mixed-use sectors. The role involves design-to-delivery coordination, multi-disciplinary teamwork, and direct client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Approximately 812 years of U.S. structural engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute structural projects from design through delivery.
• Coordinate E1/E2 engineers and production staff.
• Interface with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Take ownership of project delivery, including coordination of design through internal engineers and production staff.
• Support project scheduling and delivery.
• Manage structural projects from proposal handoff through permitting, construction support, and delivery.
• Coordinate architects, owners, contractors, E1/E2 engineers, and production staff.
• Support DSA-focused project execution where applicable.
• Lead small project teams and provide oversight to junior staff.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain direct client relationships.
• Review structural designs, calculations, RFIs, submittals, and project deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Balance technical execution with project schedule and delivery responsibilities.
