Job summary

Ozer Engineering, LLC is seeking a licensed structural PE to serve as Engineer of Record in Memphis, TN. You will lead diverse structural projects across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry, collaborating with homeowners, architects, and building owners.

You’ll benefit from hands-on mentorship during your first 90 days, a 40-hour week with optional four 10-hour days after orientation, and opportunities for licensure expansion in Arkansas and Mississippi as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Active PE license, Tennessee preferred or eligible
• 3–8 years of structural engineering with Engineer of Record experience
• Experience creating structural plans and construction documents in CAD; Revit a bonus
• Experience with residential and small-to-midsize projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record and translate client needs into complete structural plans
• Develop drawings in Revit from the ground up
• Produce calculations, details, specs, and construction documents
• Review, stamp, and seal structural drawings and calculations
• Lead projects from first client contact through completion
• Collaborate with homeowners, architects, and project partners
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
• Support licensure expansion into AR/MS with company help
