Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license is required depending on jurisdiction.
• 5–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility and client interaction.
• Experience leading investigations focusing on structural engineering failures or forensic investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations across forensics: collapses, building performance failures, water intrusion, envelope failures, materials investigations.
• Manage projects and client relationships.
• Develop business for CTLGroup in new markets or practice areas.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians when applicable.
