You will mentor junior engineers, strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development, and ensure designs meet codes and project goals.

This role requires a PE license, a Civil/Structural/Architectural degree, and ~12 years of related experience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic/international travel may be required depending on project needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural design for reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry on complex projects.
• Direct development of models, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines and with clients.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
