Job summary

6 Degrees Search seeks an experienced Structural Engineer in the United States to lead complex projects and mentor design teams. You will work on steel, concrete and masonry structures for commercial, institutional, industrial and federal clients.

Responsibilities include directing design from concept to completion, managing schedules and budgets, and collaborating with architects, contractors and internal teams. PE license and 8+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license required or in process.
• 8+ years of structural design and project leadership.
• Experience with steel, concrete and masonry structures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee design work from concept through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets and client relationships.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and in-house engineering teams.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior staff.
