Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering & Design Manager to lead engineering and design operations at a key facility in the United States. The role blends hands-on structural engineering with leadership, project oversight, and strategic influence across the organization.

You will manage a team of designers and drafters, oversee structural design activities, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Active U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of designers and CAD professionals.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and documents.
• Establish engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations, production, quality, and commercial teams.
• Design and analyze structural systems for residential/building projects.
• Perform calculations and structural evaluations using industry tools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes.
• Review construction documents and design modifications.
