Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience performing stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis on aircraft/space vehicles.
• Strong hand-calculation skills across metallic and composite structures.
• Experience supporting aircraft certification programs and coordinating with the FAA.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural stress analysis across aircraft and space vehicle programs.
• Perform stress, fatigue, and damage-tolerance analysis with hand-calculation support.
• Prepare substantiation data for FAA certification and respond to questions.
• Develop FEM-based tools and macros to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and track project deliverables.
