Job summary

D1 Training West NOLA is hiring a Head Coach to lead our coaching staff and own the athlete experience from day one. This hands-on leadership role coaches, not just manages, setting the standard for every workout.

You’ll own the coaching schedule, deliver high-quality training, conduct athlete assessments, and partner with D1 Home Office on programming feedback. You’ll ensure all staff maintain Level 1 'D1 Way' certification.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with relevant certification (CSCS, USAW, NASM or similar) or ability to earn Level 1 quickly.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring other coaches.
• Strong communication with athletes, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead our team of coaches and deliver the best workout experience in the industry.
• Own the coaching schedule.
• Hold quality standards through regular audits and hands-on coaching feedback.
• Conduct athlete assessments and goal-setting.
• Make sure every athlete is on the right program, motivated, and progressing toward their goals.
• Partner with D1 Home Office on programming feedback and share athletes' success stories.
• Make sure every coach on staff earns and keeps their Level 1 "D1 Way" certification.
• Report directly to the General Manager.
