Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience or 4 years without a degree in field ops, safety, or planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and field audits; enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate daily stray voltage testing and inspection routes.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and data quality.
