New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the future of our in-store technology experience from strategy through delivery.

You will own Store Systems platforms and guide products from initial implementation to multi-year global rollouts across markets. The role partners with business and technology teams to shape product direction, prioritize high-impact work, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the associate and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience owning digital products from implementation through scaled rollout.
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) with backlog ownership and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Store Systems platforms.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, MVP, validation, launch, scale.
• Translate business goals into prioritized epics, user stories, and release plans in Agile delivery models.
• Partner with engineering, QA, architecture, operations, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Define and track product and operational KPIs to guide decisions and measure value.
