Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings Go in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead our to-go and delivery operations at a fast-paced location.

You will manage daily operations, coach a team for peak periods, ensure order accuracy and food quality, drive cleanliness and safety, and uphold brand standards.

This role requires strong QSR management experience and comfort with tablet/digital ordering, with CA benefits including required leave and breaks.

Qualifications

• Manager experience in QSR/fast casual/high-volume kitchens preferred.
• Strong operational instincts: speed, accuracy, and standards.
• Comfortable leading from the floor during rush periods.
• Tech-friendly with tablet/digital ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations: speed of service, order accuracy, and food quality
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team for peak to-go and delivery volume
• Keep the line tight: prep, stations, timing, and ticket flow
• Drive cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and cash handling
• Solve problems fast—missing items, late orders, guest recovery
