Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent required.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as acting Manager on Duty when needed.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and store operations.
• Coach Associates and manage coverage to ensure store priorities are met.
• Open/close procedures performed according to company guidelines.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
