Huck’s Market in Indiana is seeking a Senior Associate to oversee shift operations, ensure prompt, courteous service, and support the Store Manager. This role may lead to a store-management position after completing training programs and when openings arise.

The Senior Associate will handle scheduling, shift reporting, cash handling, and adherence to company policies while promoting the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty program to customers.

Qualifications

• Willingness to take on store-manager responsibilities after training.
• Retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt, courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service.
• Observe shift hours and support Store Manager with scheduling.
• Cover Store Manager days off and contribute to peak-hour coverage.
• Complete shift reports and record hours accurately.
• Maintain proper uniform and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow all laws and store policies; report discrepancies to management.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and explain benefits.
