What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Store Associate, you will assist the Management team in the daily operations of the store. In this role you will have outstanding people skills, lead by demonstrating consultative selling techniques, and maintain a strong energetic presence on the sales floor. You will represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top notch customer service and educating guests on our products. You will communicate clearly and effectively to team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner.
Your daily responsibilities will include people management, cash handling procedures, and inventory processing. You will create a guest centric environment by training, coaching, and developing team members. As a Lead, you will step in as Manager on Duty to deliver on financial targets as scheduled, if needed.
