Job description

Our store employees work many roles - from store associate to cashier to stocker - while providing excellent customer service. As a store employee, you're also responsible for merchandising product, monitoring inventory, and keeping the store looking its best. Position Details
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours/week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50/hour
  • Wage Progression: Year 2 - $20.00, Year 3 - $20.50, Year 4 - $20.50, Year 5 - $21.50
Responsibilities
  1. Provide feedback on products and make recommendations to management.
  2. Discuss resource allocation and delegate tasks with leadership.
  3. Communicate updates and information to leadership regularly.
  4. Ensure store cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
  5. Resolve customer concerns in the absence of store management.
  6. Maintain a safe environment by identifying hazards and ensuring proper equipment functioning.
  7. Merchandise products neatly, maintain signage, and ensure product quality and freshness.
  8. Participate in inventory counts and supervise adherence to inventory procedures.
  9. Assist with product ordering as directed.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash control.
  11. Lead peers on tasks and projects, acting as a first point of contact.
  12. Model job responsibilities, performance expectations, and company values.
  13. Assist in training new employees and ongoing team development.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be 18 or older.

  • Ability to operate equipment safely.
  • Ability to perform basic administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform store duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
