Role and Responsibilities: We seek a reliable Lead Stocker to oversee stocking operations, ensure safety standards, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and support stock organization and maintenance
• Ensure proper product storage and safety compliance
• Monitor inventory, perform FIFO rotations, report discrepancies
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Train team members on procedures and safety
• Assist with shipments and storage of deliveries
• Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Communicate issues to supervisors
• Ensure use of PPE and safety equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Stocker in grocery or similar setting
• Knowledge of FIFO and food safety standards
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a commissary or leadership role
• Attention to detail
• Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting in cold environments
• Stand for long periods

Environmental Demands:

• Work in cold environments, including freezers
• Fast-paced, time-sensitive tasks
