Grafton Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of Luxor Healthcare Group, seeks an experienced STNA Team Lead to support a third-floor long-term care team. This leadership role emphasizes quality resident care, teamwork, accountability, and serving as a role model for staff.

The ideal candidate is an experienced STNA with strong communication skills, a commitment to compassionate care, and a track record of leading by example in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is required.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care while leading and supporting fellow STNAs.
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure resident care needs are addressed.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among nursing assistants.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Support consistent care routines for long-term residents.
• Communicate resident concerns and changes in condition to the nursing team promptly.
• Help maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and care procedures.
• Serve as a positive role model for new and existing team members.
