The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Lead Steward to maintain the cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware while delivering authentic guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead the steward team in the absence of the executive steward, require strong communication, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hyatt offers a competitive benefits package for colleagues.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English speaking required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
