Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Twinsburg is seeking a CS/SPD Lead Technician to manage the sterile processing department. You will lead the SPD team, coordinate case carts, and ensure instrument readiness and QA compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires a Sterile Processing Certification, 2+ years in sterile processing, and leadership capabilities. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available and on-site work at the Twinsburg Family Health Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sterile Processing Certification must be maintained.
• Minimum 2 years in sterile processing or related role.
• Leadership certificate must be attained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SPD team activities in supervisor's absence.
• Assign resources and participate in performance reviews.
• Perform case pulls, inspect instruments, and prepare carts.
• Provide internal and external technical expertise.
• Ensure QA and record-keeping in the tracking system.
